insurance policies. Ron and Carmela are experienced
advisors who specialise in all aspects of amendments relating
to insurance. They can advise and assist if any changes

Mayfair
Insurance have a specialist help-line to report claims
on a 24-hour basis, which is dealt with by our legal department,
Lawshield. However our in-house claims supervisor, Andrea
has over 20 years insurance experience and with the help
of her colleague Karen, will assist our clients to make
their claims as stress free as possible. |

Taxi Insurance CAN be expensive, however we have "Exclusive" rates for Black cab & Taxi Fleet policies. Our specialist team will provide you cover not only for your vehicle but liability also, just ask for details. We also provide cover for Minibuses, MPV's and Chauffeurs.

| Accounts
Department: |
| The Accounts
department is responsible for all aspects of the Company's
finances, together with looking after client needs with
regards to payment methods for their premiums.
Gillian is principally responsible for
liasing with, and paying, the
Insurance Companies from whom we purchase policies on
the clients behalf. |
 |
All premiums
need to be agreed and paid on a timely basis to
ensure adequate cover is provided in the event of
a claim.
Nadine is more involved in the credit
control side of the department, which involves daily
banking of client funds, batching up of credit agreements
for the finance companies we use, namely Premium
Credit and Prompt, and reconciling funds received
from them. |
All Accounts
staff are available to take telephone calls from
clients regarding queries |
surrounding
the financing of their premiums, and will endeavour
to solve any problems they may have to the best
of their abilities.
Max oversees the accounts department, dealing with any problems that require
involvement, and is responsible for the preparation of the Company accounts,
budgets and management of both client and Company funds.
